Welcome to my Home Page! Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I grew up in a small town in Western Pennsylvania and graduated from Grove City College, PA, with a major in Business Education. After teaching in the public school systems in Ohio, I earned my graduate degree from Wayne State University in Detroit. Then, the big move to Florida!!! I have been teaching full-time here at TCC for 21 years now and have enjoyed it immensely. I have a son, Andy, who is a school psychologist for Duval County, Jacksonville, and a lovely beautiful daughter-in-law, Nathalia, from Medellin, Colombia, who is a nurse at St. Vincent's Hospital in Jacksonville. My dog, Beau, is the best dog in the world! He is old, partially blind, and partially deaf, and has some heart problems, but he is the happiest, smartest, cutest little companion. He is a velcro dog! (He follows me everywhere!!) My interests are pretty focused--I try to exercise daily, I love to go to the movies, and I really really love to travel. My most recent travels took me to South Korea! That's about it!!
