Mrs. Strickland is a Certified Public Accountant and a Real Estate Broker. Her accounting practice included consulting individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, trusts, civic and charitable organizations. Her experience in tax, small business management, real estate, bankruptcy, litigation support, trust and guardianship has brought depth to her classroom and web instruction. She obtained her B.S. majoring in Accounting, Cum Laude, and her Master of Accountancy from Florida State University. She was selected for membership in Beta Gamma Sigma, and is a member of Golden Key National Honor Society. She has been nominated into Who's Who of American Teachers and nominated for the national NISOD Teaching Excellence Award in Austin Texas.
Mrs. Strickland is the faculty advisor to the Eagle Business Society. The EBS was organized to give students an opportunity to network with business leaders gaining leadership skills that will enhance their business career.
